fika has released a slow and intimate new jam called “Slow Things Down” R&B/Soul outfit, fika, are back with “Slow Things Down” another chilled number, this time collaborating with drummer Simon Jefferis, who helps drive the track with his effortless groove & feel. They have seen press/radio support from BBC Radio 1Xtra & London Introducing, Earmilk, The 405, Acid Stag & more. Their tracks have been featured on YouTube curator pages including La Belle Musique, CloudKid and Suicide Sheep to over 5.5 million subscribers. They also have a debut EP dropping early 2020. I enjoyed this tune as it relaxes you into it’s groove. The guitars and drums take you to another place in your mood. Great keyboard tones too. Love it!
