Sydney based artist, Lola Scott, releases an emotional and dark video for ‘Loveless”. According the Scott the song was inspired by a time in her life she felt she was being smothered by her parents, “I was worn out by clashing perspectives, questioning what we had in common. This mood was short-lived & feels childish now, i feel like it reflects my impulsiveness, & shit way of expressing how i both love people & feel exhausted by them simultaneously. Over time it’s become more about wanting to show love but not knowing how to and an all-round inability to share intimate feelings. Ps love my parents.’”
The dark and gloomy masterpiece shows Scott’s creative ability to make a mind blowing video with original choreography and raw emotions.
Over the past 12 months, the young Sydney-based artist has worked tirelessly on expanding her musical offering. Established as a gun-for-hire, she has toured internationally as a guitarist, racked up a bunch of co-writes and most recently set up shop as a producer – all part of her steadily evolving face as artist set to be a force to be reckoned with.
